    I have been using a FGS with Reverb Torps and it is deadly. Piercing and damage are not the point of a reverb torpedo, I find that a few of these destroy the shields of any ship. The base 120 damage is only enough to lower the shields on a very puny ship - it is the shield generator damage that makes this work. I would guess that even a simple small miner might well have >120 points of hull so could survive a torp hit. Most ships have good shield resistance against explosive so I am not surprised that they are not having much affect.

    fixed. though i dont think that both launcher and EDH.exe should have to be run with admin rights!

    Sending modules and ships ahead sounds totally sensible, implement please. Regarding Colonia, they should have a single accessible Engineer that can unlock the rest out there. So when anyone starts a new toon they will have Felicity Farseer access and equivalent Colonia engineer right from the begining.

    I was just there myself! We won, by the way :D I've been fighting Scouts exclusively, which are much easier than the big flowers (and more fun IMO, since I can fight them in my Vulture). This is the main reason I don't mind Solo so much, because I am playing with other real people working toward a common goal, even if I don't see them in the same exact space as I am.

    Odins Hold Dryio Bloo YE-A G1518 Rubicundum Lagrange cloud (Red) Purpureum MC Flavum MC Lindigoticum Capsule Mollusc* Spent about an hour observing this new type of mollusc.There were several groups,one pair,three groups of four,and possibly one solo.The pair exhibited the same fighting behaviour as the luteolum molluscs,but appeared to co-operate with one another to attack another pair.They also demonstrated synchronicity in movement in pairs,turning together.Effective range of detection was 300m. *New type-first encounter.

    I charged ahead... reader, I wouldn't bother just yet. early days I know but as yet, no cartographic data, no pulse wave scanners and no seismic charges so those of us who like our mining with a BANG... not yet. the basic mining lasers, abrasion ones, limpet gear, class 2 refinery, that's in place, no repairs either.

    This has been happening to me for the last few weeks, thought it was something to do with my vr setup, but it happens when using my monitor too. I am currently stuck on a planet surface, god knows where with heavy damage to my SRV which keeps free falling through the planner surface. I just want to get back to my ship, but I can't.

    Having the same issue myself. I searched for literally 3 days off an on for HGE’s in outbreak systems, and high tech high pop systems. Encoded Emissions, Degrades Emissions, Convoy, ceremonial etc etc, grand total of 0 HGE’s

    I was using AX MCs on scouts, but they were missing a surprising amount of the time (despite the reticle being dead on them). I switched to efficient beams, and since they seem to hit the target more consistently, I'm taking out scouts in about the same amount of time, and no running out of ammo!
