Considering you cant easily stack passenger missions typically, I think a Dolphin is great: luxury cabins, enough capacity to take most missions on, great flight model and because of it very much able to fly rings around an offender while escaping. :) Only two small hardpoints though, so dont go gung-ho with it!

Actually, that's poor parenting; kids only grow up how you raise them. FD need some better parenting skills.

Let me tell you that discussing the positive things about Star Citizen without obvious shilling or fanatical PoVs is refreshing and in dire need around here so dont let that **hater** stop you :)

This is like when you have to get both your kids a present when one of them has a birthday... how mature.

What does the Squadrons update has to do with PVP again? Because as far as I understand it - absolutely nothing. More than that, there will also be a major exploration and mining update in Q4. So... No, nothing to do with PVP. I think you misunderstood what Q4 update is all about. ::EDIT:: Not to mention that open only PP 1) is still just a proposal at this stage and 2) if it ever goes through it's unknown when it will be implemented.

While I mostly agree, I think the 'anger' of some open PP players towards Solo is more aimed at people who normally play Open but only play Solo because it is the most efficient and easiest way to do PP. I.e. they dont generally like Solo, but specifically do it to avoid being shot down by people they intentionally undermine. That IMHO is kinda lame. Of course, the 'normal' Solo player who just likes Solo should be left out of it, they are just playing their game the way they want without intentionally going out of the way to frustrate others.

I do that on occasion when running missions; pick up a tail while hauling Tasty Cargo, pull over and wipe it out cause I don't haul defenseless, then realize I just burned off a bunch of ammo on a zero-pay target.

I don't even know why calling solo players cowards is a thing. Then let them call open players nolives, it's on the same level, really. This whole debate is stupid beyond norms. Maybe most solo players want to have their fun and no interaction at all, what about that? Many open players who are systematically assuming solos are all about willingly confronting them within the safety of solo mode, are indulging their paranoia way too much. There was a pure offline mode promised, at the beginning, and it got nuked. If anything is to blame. ED paradox is that it tries to mix the most opposed players types ever. To some extent it's like trying to have Euro truck simulator players getting along with your typical PUBG/Fortnite crowd. Sometimes they enjoy both, but most of the time, nope.

Considering they gave the T9 a couple hundred tons extra cargo space after a bunch of years the interiors cant be that clearly designed.

What about have it so that the vehicles can take damage and money is automatically deducted from your account? Have it so when say a T-Rex detects and chases your Jeep inside it’s enclo and “catches” you, you loose money. Just kinda grasping at straws here I guess to try and make it so at least the larger carnivores have some sense of danger when dealing with them.

You just gave me a traumatic music flashback. Excuse me while I clean Walk Like an Egyptian out of my brain with Iron Maiden's Powerslave.

I'm looking forward to seeing how he styles the Imperial Courier interior, as that's a bit of tight fit as far as I can tell. It'll be interesting to see what goes where. As for 'space legs', I think it's a bit of a loaded term. I'm far less desperate for a full walking simulator mode on atmos planets and space stations, but being able to float around my ship for spot repairs and suchlike is definitely something I want to see added.

And that's fine. If you like that then you do you. But I on the other hand am most often a cargo/passenger ship with no weapons. If the change were to come and powerplay be made open only then I am pretty sure player interdictions would become more common in highly populated areas which are the only areas that I play in because that's usually where the best paying missions are. Like I said before PvP is not a section of the game I care about. I just wanna be able to make money and level my imperial rank. Aside from occasional bounty hunting I don't really do combat. So I would get trashed by even average players most likely and since I fly an expensive ship that's not exactly my idea of fun. I don't like the idea of a portion of the game I really like being locked behind content that I don't care about. And it's not a question of how often it would happen for me. The fact it could happen AT ALL would completely dissuade me from participating. Not gonna potentially lose out on 15 million...

Yup, you can check the Elite Dangerous YouTube channel. There you'll find the early videos, that's where you'll hear them talk about interior blueprints. Now, from what I've understood over the years, it's more like they left the basic spacing inside the ships, not the actual exact blueprint of the interior. I would assume they did the job so that the cargo hatch or the entry door are well located and such major details, but the little things have not been designed yet. (Or we simply don't know about it, also a possibility with FDev :P)

Just to be sure, you do know that PP doesnt get you to a cutter, right? You need Empire rank, not Power rank for that! If you mean you do the empire rank and do PP for roleplay reasons, carry on. :) I do feel there should be a way for solo players to keep doing PP for the gameplay/role play content. Its just that the impact on the expansion etc should be either removed or reduced to such an extent it doesnt offer a clear advantage.
