Also without wanting to get too much into the economic modelling, trade in reality is more like the current Elite Dangerous model, I think. It's safe to assume that in general a faction won't pay X for goods or services if it doesn't expect to get >X benefit from those goods and services. So the faction pays 1000 credits for your supply of machinery, but it then uses that machinery elsewhere (or sells it on to presently unmodelled economic actors on the planet surface) to make 1500 credits of income. In general trade between two specialised economies benefits both even if the balance of trade isn't exactly zero. Certainly on the Void Opals and related rushes, the buy price the faction offers should depend much more strongly on what percent of the baseline demand is currently unmet, with a very sharp dropoff when it's actually equal to zero (they'll sell it eventually but they're paying inventory space on it in the meantime). Doing that without entirely killing core mining would need to be calibrated...

Pfft. You should try approaching the station, filled with cargo, all legit and safe. Then you should get a pirate drop right in front of you so you can only ram him. Station declares murder and honorably avenges suicidal pirate with an annihilation salvo where you are the receiving end. No need to shoot stations to get killed by one.

Another player has reported that issue to nvidia who are reportedly investigating (effectively all drivers since October 2018 have been broken on a bunch of 600 and 700 series chips). It probably wouldn't hurt if you report the problem directly to nvidia as well to create some more pressure on their end.

В этом методе трастеры на доли секунды отключаются. Потом опять корабль подхватывает фаон. Сравнение мощности тут причем?

Hmm... while i like most of your dinosaur suggestions there are a few problems. 1. Brontosaurus. Now, before i continue i know that Brontosaurus is a separate genus to Apatosaurus but the difference is practically nothing. I can't quite remember what the difference is (I believe it has something to do with the legs). Me personally, I don't want Brontosaurus in the game because it shares too many similarities with Apatosaurus. If they were to add it, it's size would probably be exaggerated. 2. Utahraptor. Many fans do want Utahraptor in the game but I really don't want it. We basically already have a Utahraptor in the game (Velociraptor) but minus the feathers. Heck, even if Utahraptor was added I can't see Frontier not adding feathers to the dinosaur because no other dinosaur in the game really has feathers (I also believe they don't want to program feathers onto dinosaurs either because it would take a while). 3. Megalosaurus. I would actually really want Megalosaurus in the game. it has a different...

Agreed. Before Deep Core they were amazing low and mid-tier mining ships. Now, they're gonna be left behind because of that. I'd be down for the type 7 dropping 2 smalls for a medium.

I dont know why some are being so hard on this guy. I died a lot learning combat in the game and usually one of the first things i did in a new ship was die in it due to overestimating its lethality. Heck, i died twice last week underestimating the new CZs.

Just been scouting a bit more around the systems near "New Growth" asteroid base in the Pencil Sector. From an EDDB search there are hundreds of landable moons in this area of the right kind of size and gravity - all quite pleasant I guess and often with geologicals or bioglogicals - just somewhat unremarkable. I'm recording videos like the following to keep a record of these finds. Some of the biological sites are pretty cool tho!

I'd welcome playing a version of Elite Dangerous in a parallel universe that was like that - that sort of thing as a challenge to get better. Perhaps to find some sort of balance so I could make everything work, then see if I could improve on that. But that's not everyone's cup of tea.

Pool is a hole in a ground filled with water in which you can bath or swim. Poll is a human research survey of public opinion from a particular sample. Now that my vocabulary OCD is sated, let's proceed :D BTW - hope you don't mind it. I learned lots of new words from someone else correcting me that way.

There's not enough room to fly between that Tauri star and the neutron star. Emergency stop, heat still rising....Got to over 480% heat but somehow escaped with 5% hull left. Only had to limp 100 jumps (7500lys) to the nearest station to cash in my 400mil of exploration data.
