What is it that you want to reset in the game?
Some of the Planet Coaster game settings are saved in the following location (like graphics settings, audio settings, etc.). If you delete them, they will be reset;
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Planet Coaster
