If you set a ride, any ride to be half capacity before it goes. The ride will always fill to half capacity even if there is a full que. This is wrong and he ride should be filling up full if the que is full.
The half full full capacity mode should be like previous games where as if it is quiet it waits until the ride is half full before going.
This is quite a serious bug. As it can have a significant effect on profits in career mode. I think it does it with quarter capacity too.
