Remove shop from building

Can you remove / move a shop from a building?

I can't figure out how, I'm right clicking and pressing delete.

You have to choose to edit the building and then you should be able to delete the shop and drop a new one in. (You'll have to hold shift to bring it down from the top of the building when you're placing the new shop.)
