A button to "add to selection" when selecting multiple items by dragging

If you drag while holding ctrl, you can add items to the selection.

If you do this and drag over something that's already selected, it becomes deselected...

There should be a button to ONLY add to selection, not remove.

The second button does this if you DO NOT hold control.

You can't drag with the second button can you?

Yea, you can drag with both multi select buttons.

Top button alone: selects what's boxed.
Top button + control: toggle selects what's boxed
Second button alone: adds boxes, doesn't toggle
Second button + control: toggle selects what's boxed

Both buttons do the same thing if control is held.
