Trash Bins

Where are they located my park is losing money because the park is a trash heap and how do I rotate things?

They're under Scenery > Path Extras > Bins!

There are a few themed trash bin designs you can choose from.

To rotate things, select your item, hold the Z key and use your mouse to rotate.
