Graphics settings ?

Sorry if this is the wrong place .In the graphics stings, the resolution setting is not changeable . I just now seen this . Can it be set ? Thanks .

Are you in windowed mode or fullscreen? I think only fullscreen allows you to change your resolution as the other two options will set it based on your monitor, and the window size.
