I've seen him in one of my parks but can't think what's in it that would make him appear! Sorry! :/

Haha I know talk about a nasty taunt!! I'm trying to think what's in that park... it's got two of the red rollercoasters from Alpha 1, a PC Drink Shop, Food Shop and Hat Shop, Aeronauts... I can't think what else!! :/

Gulpee comes into your park at random, just as the other entertainers. I've seen him twice today. [heart]
