Mini Zoo Building Contest!

Kinda forgot about this after the due date was moved 😅 Oops lol. Well, I’m not at my PC for the next 6 hours and these are the only pictures I have on my phone, if this counts as a submission - i have 2 more enclosures built but no pics of them :(

Background: Maybe some remeber the "Kairos Zoo on the Nile" set in Kairo/egypt ive started for the island contest, i really liked that setting so i expanded it for this round. Last time i ran out of time to add the indonesia subsection ive planed for my "Island Adventure", so i wanted to build said section for this contest. And i already had my indonesia section almost finished when my pc crashed a couple days ago and i lost like half of what ive build the last 7 days up to that point, so naturally i was incredibly frustrated and didnt really feel like rebuiling it at all. So i started building something different, and what better to add to a egyptian zoo than some desert animals.
Just a little explaination on why my submission is a bunch of half finished habitats and construction sites :D. But i wanted to share them anyways. I picked the areas that are the most finished aswell as a birds eye view from above to give a better idea what the idea was.

Indoor tropical hall for lar gibbon, asian small clawed otters and spectacled flying foxes (Which idealy would be malayan flying foxes). Trying to hide the WE in there and getting the otter pools on different elevations to work was a huge pain :D.

I might aswell throw in what ive been building on after the crash, since it also fits the mini zoo theme

Its a Nighthouse called "Nights among the Dunes" for nocturnal animals of the egyptian deserts including the egyptian fruit bat, sand cat and fenne fox :). This will eventually be incorporated into the main entrance plaza
I really like it so far and i think it has the potential to become really cool, i especially like the sneak peak you get on the pyramids :). Just have the outdoor exhibits for the cat and fox more or less finished so far tho

I wasn't able to join because of work, visiting family, and rearranging the house, but I am anxious to see what y'all have built

I will temporarily pause the voting. Once Charlie shares the other habitats it will resume and the time limit will adjust accordingly.

Alright sorry that took so long.
Welcome to the Bowmanville Zoo, or what remains of it. This zoo was shut down due to financial reasons last year but there are still some last recruits that need to be cleared out. The city has already made plans for more residential to take over the land, which is why this area might seem like its located in the middle of nowhere. No one seems to be watching the park so lets sneak in quickly and take a look!

Entering the zoo at first before you actually go through the entrance there is a side path where you are able to take a lovely shot of the lake.

But lets get back to the tour shall we? We're going through the entrance now, looks very broken down.
