I really hope Frontier can allow us to do deep pool functions for terrain tools but most likely we'll get a pool for our dinosaurs to swim in.
Deep pool functions and steeper / vertical terrain tools are a must for me. A natural lagoon would be amazing. If they designed a "parking spot" for the ranger teams so they could throw in a drone then that would work from a functionality perspective...
