Spring 2024 DLC Speculation

Timber
Arctic
Dingo
Dhol
we technically have the species than 2 subspecies on top of that the timber wolf is supposed to represent the whole grey wolf species. Also the dingos status as a subspecies of grey wolf is highly debated and I dont agree with that decision.
Also the dhole isnt even the same genus its the equivalent. of calling the red fox a grey wolf.

Sumatran rhino would be banger addition.
Javan rhino not so much. It looks to similar to indian one.
Same feelings here. Sumatran is extremely unique and would love the highlight on it because not a lot people know they even exist.
They look super different and I think they may seem very interesting to the overall audience.

All right! Who thinks we might see the trailer before Wednesday’s livestream?

Yesterday’s post on PZ socials might suggest that a little in my opinion.

The sumatran rhino is that one animal that doesn't exist in zoos (Since very recently might I add ) but that I would like in game, similar feelings I had as for the saiga.
There was no consistency in that matter before so I don’t see a problem in that. Plus I think that highlighting conservation efforts for Sumatran rhino might be more important than it’s current zoo existence.
I would be happy with that kind of unexpected inclusion. Species that nobody expects are always the greatest joy for me 🤩

Also seems like JWE2 is saying their news is pretty exciting - honesty more interested in what this could be rather than PZ cause we already know PZ has DLC news, but what could JWE2 news be?
Don't know if we are past this already, but I assume it's just another DLC.
I'd laugh if its jwe3 for the new game this year instead of planet coaster
I mean, I'm not planning to play Planet Coaster, but I'd much rather have that then JWE3, tbh. I loved the first game, only dipped my toe into the second, because PZ is eating up all my gaming time and besides that... I feel the games get more and more shallow. But that could just be me.

Totally agree that Sumatran rhino would be an interesting inclusion for its uniqueness and conservation value but it would really hurt to have another Asian ungulate and it NOT be an Indian antelope (blackbuck/nilgai) or muntjac. Not to mention the non-ungulate adds for tropical Asia like an Indian monkey species, bar-headed goose, any SE Asian pheasant, fishing cat, adjutant stork, softshell turtles, etc. That's without even getting into temperate Asian stuff like Pere David's deer or Mandarin duck.
