Newcomer / Intro Powerplay cycle announcement bug?

This keeps appearing every time I start the game up.

Is there any way to stop it doing so?

Weirdly I have it on my main (Odyssey on Epic) but not on one of my alts (Horizons/Beyond only, originally through Steam).

Not checked all of my CMDRs though.

Well your AD and im PA so at least its not just an issue in one Power.

This started on Wednesday. The cycle was imminent (the message says) for Thursday 7am game time... been and gone.
Since the 5 x weekly goals have reset, it must've cycled (and my Power's Discord say it did).
