How do you make those Windows ?
I used the limestone trim pieces angled 45 degrees then the iron fence pieces for the metal parts (recoloured white)How do you make those Windows ?![]()
For you disliking building indoor areas you did an amazing job! I love how it looks, really really great job, i aspire to build half as good as that, love it!This is more "what I did in Planet Zoo these past 2 weeks" rather than today, but the interior of my "Sumatra Lodge" exhibit is finally complete (For now, at least.)
It features an indoor exhibit for Clouded Leopards (connected to a larger outdoor space; if it were a real zoo they would rotate a male and female between the two exhibits via their backstage holding, which is a WIP currently), a viewing area for the first Sumatran Tiger enclosure (also a WIP, what I'll be working on after the Clouded Leopards), a tank for Leaf Insects, and an Asian Water Monitor exhibit:

Building indoor areas is my absolute least favorite thing to do in this game so I'm looking forward to making some outdoor exhibits next. I started on the outdoor Clouded Leopard exhibit yesterday and it's coming along nicely:

Thank you so much for the support, it means a lot! My main gripe with indoor areas is just how tedious they can be to build, especially when I want to go against the main grid and make diagonal walls, which can be quite a hassle (even more so when it’s a diagonal wall underneath a pitched roofFor you disliking building indoor areas you did an amazing job! Welcome to your new obsession. Hope you love it!Today has been my first day with the game. I'm still finding my way around.
Welcome! It takes time to learn (I'm still learning after 5 years!) but it's very enjoyable, so just take it easy and have fun!Today has been my first day with the game. I'm still finding my way around.
Congratulations, You've taken your first step into a larger world.Today has been my first day with the game. I'm still finding my way around.
And you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.Congratulations, You've taken your first step into a larger world.
That entrance building is incredible!! One of the most accurate depictions of a real-life building I've ever seen in this gameNeglected australian animals for far too long so here's the entrance to my new zoo, kuranda park zoo. Heavily inspired by the melbourne zoo, with it's australian art deco themed entrance building complete with a modern gift shop.

Thanks! I've been taking note of how many people do like my other creative projects, only problem was that the coldwater falls zoo completely fell into that "what now?" hole where I struggle to continue it. Building endless amounts of average north american zoo exhibits is never really that fun so hoping the idea of an exciting australian zoo covering pretty much all oceania biomes is a much more encouraging project.I actually enjoy your original zoos more than your recreations (though your work in the Houston zoo is amazing, specially with the wetlands sections of Texas and pantanal). And i love Australian animals so i can't wait to see more of this!
They just like to pop in and steal guests food.Keeping cold-adapted macaques in a greenhouse is certainly a choice.![]()
