Classified data

I have the mission to recover classified data . According with the destcription i must deliver them in any friendly fortify or stronghold system within range. I deliver them but nothing happens and i dont get merits

This was 'temporarily' disabled about 6 weeks ago:

we have temporarily disabled system score and merit gain from the on foot transfer power data activity

The weekly assignments weren't adjusted to take account of this, it seems.
