i keep getting kicked when lading at station
Having various issues now with server disconnects - didn't have these in 1.00
instation interface is now very very slow - may be to do with server issues i am having
1.01 for me has been a step back i am afraid.
I agree with that, bad idea to implement something at the end of a workday. You guys never learn. Dont release a patch at end of a workday, because you can't fix it if it is broken. Just like now...
Server disconnects are getting incredibly tiresome. I know it's always worse after an update, but wth ... is it FD's code, or infrastructure?
I need to make a decision on which cloud computing platform to use for a project, and FD is doing a fantastic job of encouraging me to steer well clear of AWS.

I really hope they get the server problems sorted before release because if they don't that would be a disaster!!!
LOL - other than some more detail in some graphics, I actually think 2.03 was the best version so far...I don't know if it's just me or are things getting worse the closer we get to release, I never used to have any real issues but from about beta 3.9 things have taken a downturn and very frustrated by server disconnections now. don't get me wrong the only reason I'm frustrated is due to the fact that this game is without doubt the most eagerly awaited release for many years imho. I really hope they get the server problems sorted before release because if they don't that would be a disaster!!!
Is this what they meant by connecting to the internet 'from time to time' ?![]()

Orbit lines are now visibly line segments instead of curves, stations are no longer on the line once you get close, star field flickers on/off with varying density. Probably some compromises to improves SC approach/transition. It seems like we get closer, but something is still not right at the core of the project that is probably jamming either internal or external throughput. Only they can determine if it's internal server or network bandwidth issue, Let's just hope they pull it all together soon.
