General / Off-Topic Star Wars

The production company Lucasfilm announced yesterday that the next film in the saga "Star Wars" will be filmed in Britain, to the great satisfaction of the British authorities. www.starwars.com

No replies! I'm glad to see that they'll be filming in the UK. Hopefully they'll get the green cross code man to play Darth Vader again. What's his name?

The guy who played Anakin had no physical presence. Never mind that awful Frankenstein scene, it was just wrong to see Darth Vader cross his arms.

George Obsorne managed to make himself look even more of a tat in the interview than he normally does.

It's good it'll be made in the UK - much like the original trilogy was, so that's great. Hopefully lots of British talent in there too, unlike the Yank-fest the prequel fiasco was.

Having watched Star Trek Into Darkness over the weekend and seen what Abrams can do to bring life to a tired franchise, I have big hopes for what he can do for Star Wars. Just as long as he doesn't fire it off into an alternate reality...

.

Are you allowed to say that :p I'm surprised the little man who lives in my computer didn't censor it out.

With the original trilogy, I enjoyed trying to figure out which actors had been in Doctor Who episodes. That never worked so well with I-III.
