Weird.. as I got into 1.1 and jumped, got in to hyper space I go this weird message at the bottom of the screen. game crashed and I had to restart it, but since then my launcher wont work. I wonder what is wrong. I am going to try and reinstall the game.
The launcher only loads till it is 14.5 kb in ram and then it stops there and wont start.

Game just went down for update.
My launcher is on the fritz as well after it updated.

Give it a bit.

Best recommendation I can give to you is to not take quests unless you are certain you'll finish them before they expire... You're just throwing away your reputation with each unfinished mission. I've probably played a little more then some, but still consider myself an average player and I'm friendly with Empire and I assume close to that with the Federation. Quest stacking can be great for increasing, but only if you finish them all...

Just download the installer again and run that.

Do we know if the Launcher downloads use peer-to-peer, do those with extremely slow speeds have upnp turned off? Those are the questions I'd be asking. My download took about 5 minutes.

How many more hot fixes & patches are going to be released tonight or over the next 48 hours?

Yeah it's a bit weird how FDev repeatedly pushes updates into primetime for no reason whatsoever. I mean it's not even like it's their usual workhours in England. They pull overtime stunts just to have the updates late in the day in Europe.

3 PM update -> 7 PM hotfix -> overtime for developers and servers down during primetime in europe and middle of the day in US
10 AM update -> 2 PM hotfix -> developers go home on time and servers down in the middle of the day in Europe and very early in the morning in the US

To me the second option sounds like a win-win for everyone, but what do I know?
