Some people resist change, no matter what it is.
OMG!!!!!!!!!! This is so frustrating.
A) Why are people overreacting about the first bit of badly needed profession balancing, when trading has been living the good life for so long?
B) Why do people care so much about other people's gameplay?
What do people suddenly think, that FD don't know how to balance their own game? Do people think that suddenly killing a wanted cobra is going to net 20 million credits or something? I can't believe the hypocrisy of these forums at times. Hardly anyone commented when 'seeking luxuries' was being made airtight by half the playerbase, to within an inch of its life. yet suddenly the pitiful incomes of jobs such as bounty hunting is getting buffed, and all the no life traders are suddenly insecure enough to start whining about it?

Nope, I also did a post to signal C2 missils launcher bug, was ignored, another to give some suggestions about the futur of ED, was ignored. Now yes I am only moaning beacous it's the way FDev goes actually. How's your rage going btw ?

question on this tho. given hat the rank in Exploration is tied to the profit, some that have already sold, (like Ian here and my own self as well as others i am sure) v/s some that are just now on the way back or still got data to sell. To clarify my point, Commander A sold 1 million worth of data last Monday and got ranked accordingly. Now Commander B sells it today, after the patch, an equivalent amount of data but earns a good bit more credits for it and in essence passes him on the race to Elite in exploration (If that's still on, have not been following that as much)
With Bounty hunting and combat, its just money as that's tied to your kills. Exploration tho is tied to the value of the data sold.
Patch #3 since 1.2 and no fix or outlook for all of the full broken older community goal rewards? Right hand panel full with dead transactions.
With this in the launcher under 1.2:
" It also contains a wealth of fixes, tweaks and improvements to the 1.1 Community Goals release."
It must be a test how far causual gamer can be fooled.
Oh bottoms, I just had to buy a T7 elsewhere because Jameson Memorial was all out.. had I known, I'd have waited..
wrong way to see it if you ask me. yes the game will become a little less hardcore than what we had when a lot of us started. on the other hand many of us (me included) complained to loosen some screws because some things were too harsh, or unbalanced or not working. but it still changes the game for the better. i also love the non casual approach of the game, and i think we are FAR from the casual side of the fence.
if anything think of it as we veterans can brag how we started in 1.0 and we are the true iron men of elite when you chat to the youngsters on TS. it a bit like RL
The reason i said this is quite a few players will race through to get the biggest ship and after a few outings will get bored and move onto the next game. I understand this game is work in progress, but unless they come up with "the whats next i have the anaconda" all there doing is shortening the game .
Also why do they have to do the updates at 4-5pm, we're just finishing work/school etc and want to play. How many play at 10am compared to 4pm?

For fixing save you need to contact QA trough ticketing system.
