i did it is there but it still isn't reading also when i look at the tce db it is blank on the stations tab

Else if TCE shows you "Waiting for Elite Dangerous", then TCE didnt find a position data at the netlog file. Please check, if it is the right path (look also at the TCE.ini, if the path is there). Also delete the VerboseLogging="1" entry at the AppConfig.xml, start TCE first, then ED.

Another very nice exploring/trading session without any problems !

Other then getting my Anaconda and 452T of Gold blown to bits by the station for no apparent reason of course lol
and loosing 15 Millions CR in the process

But that had noting to do with TCE which is doing it's job perfectly !
I can even easily fix the incorrect Body Id's caused by previous versions when I land at the station

Yes and I would say it is much better but
It is not crowd source !
You see only you own data !

I think this is actually a + but if crowd source data is what you are looking for, you might not think so.

You can also combine both I guess.
Search with Slopeys or even better (in my opinion), Thrudd's Trading Tools

Thanks mate yeah I've used Thrudds before and with a second screen that & Slopeys was nice and easy. Although with my limited playtime I don't fancy having to spend ages inputting all the data so maybe I'm stuck with alt-tabbing for the foreseeable future, if it gets too much I'll take at look at this tool though. CURRENT STATION and AUTO DESTINATION panels when we use the Locked TRADE SCOUT.

It would be even nicer if you could also add the price we are supposed to buy and sell these at,
so that we could see at a glance when the price changes and it is time to SCAN again.

It is VERY minor, but since you are talking about it,
2 of the ToolTips are still truncated, I see:

The main menu panel was set at 80%
I put it back on 100% and even after restarting TCE it's still the same.

Something odd happening this morning with beta 7......

When I first arrived at this station TCE thought it was the station next door to this (in system). I edited the station info to the correct data, scanned commodity prices , then left for another system. When I came back to this system I dropped into the space around the station next door, TCE reported the correct location. Then I popped over here (in system) and TCE has forgotten all the info about this station.

Does this mean my database is pooched?
Any updates on that separate DB checking tool?

I had abit of trouble getting this tool to work for me.
1) Framerate dropped from close to 300fps... down to 60fps... sluggish!
2) Didn't work across my two monitors, couldn't move panels to desired position. Half on one screen, half on the other.
3) Main options up top didn't size to fit on my max display at 1680x1050.
4) Using DisplayFusion to manage my 2 screens.. crashed windows, had to hard-reset.
5) Compatible with Office 2010? Lots of index errors.
I might have to have a fiddle when I've got more time with it, but found it abit frustrating to configure.
