After discussion with Sub Cmd Outspan she is happy to take on either editing the Wiki to keep track of the experiments or set up a shared spread sheet ?
Does anyone second this idea ? She loves to organise, works from home and can spare more time than most, (Although I expect my tea to be more Microwave than home cooked if she gets involved ) oh and I have just been informed tonight tea is going to be Chinese so we can get out UA hunting for 7:30 in Timocani !

Yes very much please, and 'mad props' as I believe the kids say these days for offering to do so! I have to admit that my wikiing has fallen below par recently with work commitments, but having an editor to go through it, keep it up to date, and generally tidy it up would be a great improvement. I might also suggest things that are either not referenced or lack clarity to be queried, there's quite a bit of the 'one word tests', a fair bit of repetition, and we are getting asked the 'has anyone tried...' questions a lot still, which was the point of starting the wiki in the first place. I mean but be tempted to change the structure a bit to help clear things up. You certainly can't break it!

The only but I have is that we shouldn't be encouraging these armchair theorists to be any lazier in their documentation than they are already, but CMDR Outspan, you would be a credit to the sciences if you help with the paper submissions.

I don't have a list, but the systems are the FE2 systems with a few added.

Hotice is also missing. This was the system where Mycoid was made.

Hoeda is missing. This was the place they found 4000 year old alien ruins.

Most of the more mundane systems seem to have been included.

Time to put on the tinfoil hat?

IIRC (not in game at the moment) Hotice system is there, but the planet where the research station was is missing? Going by memory here so could be very wrong.

I found some coordinates in the audio that were right along the Reorte-Riedquat line a while back, the only issue was that my means of obtaining them were pretty far fetched.

I think we can probably discount Reorte-Riedquat line (and Formidine Rift, etc.) as it went dead along with the Kahina storyline when Drew ended that.

Good going well done!

I told my wife that if she would play to I would find it much easier...........its difficult to define the look she gave me. :D

"Difficult to define?" Hasn't the UA hunt taught you already that you MUST record every single lil' thing?

Edit: Maybe she gave you the "I know the answer to the UA" look, but you didnt recognize it!

Someone Please Check this - I was looking at old images and saw a third set of glyphs .... Three being the magic number for coordinates ... This might be what we have been looking for
Kinda busy today ... but good luck guys

Hotice is not in Game at all. Pleione is in, but 4b is missing.

Of all the systems in the Gazetteer, only thre are missing:

- Liaququ, Leviathans and al that.
- Enaness, roumered to be the old homeworld of a civilised alien race.
- Quphieth, a system known for it's very peculiar wildlife.

All the other dull systems are in game.

We bagged another one.... passing it over to Mr Powell for safe keeping

Brilliant stuff. Right on, commanders.

Another accident with Starship One investigator killed?

11 AUG 3301

Two Dead in Tragic Accident

Two people died in a crash when a personal transport collided with a Lakon Type-9 Heavy transport vessel. The small ship, a type used to run between orbital facilities, was destroyed in the impact. The small vessel was ferrying two transport safety officials to the Laphria Shipyard in the Artemis system. They were on a knowledge sharing mission.

The Transport Safety Authority issued the following statement from their headquarters on Mars:

“This type of accident is always a terrible tragedy for those involved and the Laphrian authorities have promised full disclosure and co-operation with our investigation.”

They also reported that the pilot of the Type-9 was being treated for shock. She saw the transport break open only metres from her large window as she approached the station.

Elaine Boyd from the Federal Times asked for the identities of the dead and was told that they wouldn’t be disclosed until the next of kin had been identified. She pressed further asking if one of the dead men was Arnold Lowe, a senior investigator in the Starship One disappearance. She was told ‘no comment’ and no further questions were taken.

I think they (FD) are giving us hints. but there is very little to go with. just the station and system name.
For me the random system failures in those GalNet articles point to the UA, same for the SS1 incident.
I would believe it is worth while finding a connection between the systems, and/or the UA behavior.
Maybe decode the morse next to the stations ?
maybe check if there is this docking thing that may fit a UA ...?

The two on the left are actually the same. The bottom one is just very brightly lit.

I requested a shot like that :)

Sorry.

For the brainstorming:

1) Activate FSD near it (low or high). Either by engaging FSD really near it or even "touching" it. I wrote another post in this thread suggesting possible ship orientations.
2) As it has been suggested it is a bacteriophage, feed it with Biowaste. "Dump" (see what I did there? :p) canisters of freshly-baked human DNA near it, make them (just the canisters of biowaste) explode so the particles of both get in contact.

Cheers!

"The small ship, a type used to run between orbital facilities..." I was thinking travelling between Laphria Shipyard and Burckhardt, the only two stations orbiting planets. But nothing interesting.
