Actually scratch the above comment about lost human worlds beyond the Formidine Rift. John Harper cleared that up.

Some new commodities only available via mission rewards, and can be used for story events.
It's slightly off-topic but I could use some positive thoughts or prayers while progressing through the formidine bridge with a UA in the hold. As idiotic and unyielding as it might seem I still think it's a worthless effort that should be proven.
Generator is down on 7% reboot is in order shortly...BTW it's a fantastic race with time, one that I would truly recommend to anyone looking for a different aspect of fear.
Good luck, and ... Right On Commander o7
Are you planning on deploying it from time to time to see if it points anywhere other than Merope?
Drew, Is the tifinaġ of Tamazight used sawal with tasarut?
Just a ifikra

Is it normal to find a POI on a planet -you know, the blue circle when approaching the surface- 7400 LY from the bubble? I'm between the Heart & Soul Nebula currently. On my way there I landed on lots of planets to gather jumponium and never encountered those blue circles until now.
See for now it's all fear and unknown and loneliness - one day it'll be "and ladies and gentlethings if you'd kindly look to your left you'll see we are now passing the infamous 'Explorer's End' - luckily that will not be the end of your delight this evening as if you make your way to the buffet carriage you'll find a special selection of Rifter's Repass has been laid on for your delectation"* Galaxy Map bookmarks for noting locations of specific star systems, planets, asteroid belts, starports, outposts, surface ports and settlements. They are customisable and support route-plotting.
Guys one more thing. As I'm currently reading "Lave Revolution" by Allen Stroud, I stumbled across this paragraph:
"Reorte to Riedquat is another used trade lane, but local pilots talk about problems in the Formidine Rift; something to do with an unchartable area of space and ships going missing."
This is verbatim.
Not sure whether this quote has been discussed or not. But this would actually make it sound like the rift is in the bubble (or has some connector to it).
Then again, maybe Stroud's book is not considered canon.
Anyone?
There's also that weird sentence from Allen Shroud's book Lave Revolution, that could be interpreted as meaning that the Formidine Rift is somewhere between Reorte and Riedquat, and that ships where disappearing there. Cannot find a link atm, but it struck me as a bit of a Bermuda Triangle vibe. Was it ever cleared up what it meant, or how that sentence should be interpreted?
Hey guys, it has just occurred to me that Drew loves wordplay and "... Right On, Commander" is basically ROC... He said that we need to look at the "CORE" of the problem...
I am away from the black in the interim. Can someone run a few name trials through the GalMap for me... Searing for systems, planets and sectors that might be "EROC" "E-ROC" "ERO-C" and other variations?
I mean, it's "core" backwards... Could it be this silly and simple?
A Proclamation to the Galaxy from Children of Raxxla’s Leader
“Citizens of the Empire, Peoples of the Federation, the Alliance and those from the Independent worlds. I call out to you at a time of great galactic turmoil.
Our great organisations have a bloody history, but we had achieved a relative peace; an understanding between the Empire, the Federation and the Alliance.
But now our leaders have fallen to fighting and squabbling over territory, waging petty wars, wasting lives and resources, setting sibling against sibling, parent against child… and for what? A few lines on a chart; gains and successes that are wiped out within days. Thousands have already died in the name of these Powers.
Surely humanity is better than this? Can we not build a stronger future, one that we can all be proud of? Can we not choose peace?
Our peoples all suffer under their leadership. I know there are many of you who desire peace and would take a stand against this infighting. Who no longer wish to be pawns in their game.
You know me. I was once a Senator of the Empire. I released my home-world from the blight of those that would subdue it, now I would see all people free from manipulation and exploitation.
I call for those who would resist the powers; the lone-wolf fighters, those who have lost their home-worlds, the disaffected, those just trying to make a living in the void and feel forced to take a side, those who see the false promises and futility of supporting these people and to all who have suffered at their deeds. Those who wished our history might unfold… another way.
Know there are those who care about your peril, that would show concern for your losses and who share your fears for the future.
Now is the time. Show the void there is an alternative to the constant Pyrrhic ‘victories’ we endure week after week as systems are taken and lost at the whim of those who care nothing for the plight of those affected.
Fight for freedom, fight for peace and fight for a stable and prosperous future for your children and your children’s children.
Join us. Become a child of Raxxla.”
