Thanks! I saw that the problem persist for a couple of modules - sorry I don't remember which ones. Definitely for Shield cell bank, but for few others also. In that case I again had to disable validation and paste by hand the engineer name.

Also I have a second question: can engineers upgrade the powerplay-specific weapons?

A small addition to the list: you can gain rep with Marco Qwent by selling commodities.
Also, he gave me the Prof. Palin invite after I went from 47% to 51% at rank 3, so it's probably at 50%.

Sold more exploration data at Palin's base.

1,764,161 credits = from grade 3-19% to grade 4-0%
3,317,119 credits = from grade 4-0% to grade 4-32%

Looks about on a par with Martuuk, maybe slightly less needed.

Same, file "Engineer Materials - Loations.pdf" is gone from the Dropbox share. Maybe to much traffic?
Edit: I guess it is same data as on tab two in the spreadsheet?
