btw we just noticed that Explorer's Consortium joined them while we've been discussing. Now we declined a request to join EC (mainly because of their existing coalitions and participation in the Dangerous Games). Coalition with Canonn would mean being closer to EC. Does this affect anyone's decision?

I may be too new to vote for anything...in fact I don't think my application to DRX has been approved yet...but in any case I just learned about these UA's from this post I didn't even know these things were out there! Just another awesome thing more to explore in the game!
All I can say is from my experience with being a leader of a fleet in Star Trek Online MMO, sometimes having an alliance with another "fleet" or group works to the mutual benefit of both and both groups explode with activity and enthusiasm...sometimes one group ends up doing all the work...and sometimes the whole thing just fizzles...
Than again one won't know until they try
All I can say is from my experience with being a leader of a fleet in Star Trek Online MMO, sometimes having an alliance with another "fleet" or group works to the mutual benefit of both and both groups explode with activity and enthusiasm...sometimes one group ends up doing all the work...and sometimes the whole thing just fizzles...

As for where he is, right now, FSM knows!! PM him on our INARA wing, that's your best bet.
He really would appreciate it though, especially knowing that we're thinking of him and making an effort, that he's not on his own. (Just maybe don't Honk on the way to where he is! Nah, I'm sure if you get in touch he'll be able to tell you how to not tread on his toes. (sorry for sounding so cryptic, but he's doing something good, and it needs a little protecting)
