dear elite i thought this was a fun game at first but some how it become a part time job that i am not getting pay for. now the game is not fun due to all the grind work we must do is there any way on your end to switch the game from hard mode to easy mode for us to enjoy the game or reduce the price of everything in elite shop.

If it was an Off-Line game, then yes, they could do something about it. Unfortunately it's an On-line only MMO (sic) so no. Nothing doing.

Yeah.. it's sad when someone buys into the "play your way" shtick. I've had telemarketers that were more honest.

Sorry, we all play in the same galaxy, so there will never be difficulty modes. For ED, the three buttons should all be labeled:

Extra Hard with Added Grind
