Get over yourself, its a forum about a game. Take your criticisms of the way people speak elsewhere or don't be surprised when they block you. Its not rocket science.

My post was simply about me pointing out the hypocrisy of calling me a PC troll when all I did was critisize someone joking about suicide. Who then told me to shut up and then blocked me.
Also I like how you are telling me not to criticize others for what they say while critisizing me for what I say lol

Console manufactures maintain an absolute deathgrip over minute features of the games available on them. They hold all the cards. If a developer wants their game to actually make it onto the lucrative platform they have already spent large amounts of money developing support for, they have to play ball.
Microsoft very much sees itself as allowing players and developers the privilege of using the Xbox. They have (unsuccessfully) sued customers in multiple countries for daring to physically modify their own property in order to play homebrew games and the like.
It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they saw players being able to use an ingame name other than their Microsoft Xbox Live Gamertag™ as a threat to some part of their business model.
On the flip side, details of how console manufacturers interact with developers are always hidden behind non-disclosure clauses. So the hearsay we have to go on could all just be lies and slander.
