I stumbled across this link whilst looking for information about the original 1984 Cobra Mk III.

Is this link really the 1984 manual?

I'm only 22 see, and thus, the original game was before my time. I have read the entire webpage & I hope it's the manual. Was a good read. And, if it is, I learned a lot about the Cobra.

Absolutely. Very interesting reading.

Don't forget we are not too clear on how much of The Dark Wheel and the manual is canon now. T James' book is canon and deals with the thargoids.

I think that's a post 1984 one, the Electron and BBC had black boxes, but one had green 'Acornsoft' and one had blue. Manual looks identical though.
