Path of Raan Corsen

As far as I am aware, there are a few points that CoR are failing to exlpain:

* T Tauri was and is NOT territory of SDC - but you Zulu Romeo are so sure of it, how can you be so sure of it? Maybe, being part of SDC yourself.
* Also, show us... clarify us Zulu Romeo, based on WHAT you're saying T Tauri is a territory of SDC, because the Galaxy Map tells me you're wrong.
* Raan Corsen was in T Tauri setting in the middle of his way to 46 Eridani as far as I'm aware; and we have witnesses of his course to that point. The person he was looking for had no afiliation with SDC.
* CoR failed to explain how come, out of the blue, Commander Harry Potter appeared on their instance and killed Salomé...
* CoR failed to protect the most important person who could explain a lot of what is happening
* Since the disaster of April 29th, CoR is trying to cover something, diverting the focus to Raan Corsen which was FAR, FAR away from the issue.
* By saying Raan Corsen was somehow associated to SDC, you're also saying Cobra Wing was... you may have to respond to those accusations Zulu Romeo, since you speak for CoR.

Remember Zulu Romeo, there's a LOT of people who did put time and effort on protect the people's right to know the truth... you may be offending a lot of them and buying a bloddy WAR for CoR which you're not ready to fight yourself.

ASP cornering an 800m/s Imperial Courier... that is a great joke... the best this year, only after CoR trying to blame everyone else but themselves.

Here's the story from the Earth Defense Fleet perspective: We were initially contacted and asked to participate in Raan's security detail by members of CoR. We accepted enthusiastically and tried to contact Raan so that we could coordinate. These attempts were met with silence. We were eventually told, via a third-party, that Raan no longer wanted our assistance but perhaps EDF could provide support to Tsu.

This made little sense to us. EDF is a Federation faction who's only interest in the April 29th event lay squarely on attempting to solicit information regarding Metadrive, Sirius Corp and the death of Femi Dakari as part of our ongoing investigation.

At this point we decided to wash our hands of the affair by issuing a warrant for the capture of Raan Corsen. Our interest was in completing our investigation. It wasn't personal and at this point nobody in EDF had any plans to actually participate in the events of the 29th or pursue the matter any further.

Scarlet Ashcroft, a member of EDF, convinced our leadership that we should rescind our warrant and vow to help Raan ... even if he didn't want it. This is what, in the end, we did.

In the end Raan's decision to keep tight control over who participated in his protection detail appears to have paid off. Coordinating multiple factions with their own agendas, via PAC, is partly to blame for Salome's death. Edging EDF out of the primary security role removed a set of variables that reduced Raan's personal risk. We fully understand the tactical advantage that this provided. I would have been proud to fly alongside Corsen ... and that was the original offer, in fact. I was personally asked by those helping to coordinate the event to fly directly in Raan's wing with him ... a position that I quickly turned down because, at the time, my combat rank was "Harmless". I'm an Elite explorer, not a fighter. EDF's inability to quickly decide on a replacement pilot may have contributed to Raan's ambivalence toward having us participate at that level. We identified three or four pilots who we felt could have done the job.

EDF is proud to have participated. Though we had little directly to do with the outcome our primary objective was achieved. Raan Corsen lived. Our secondary objective, that of getting the details regarding Metadrive, Sirius and Femi Dakari ... that remains to be seen and likely will rely on the text of Drew's book. We'll be reading it with interest.

Nothing personal, just a matter of strategy - Raan Corsen was an seasoned combat pilot on CQC early days; he knew that EDF wanted to help but he also knew that the more people knowing an escape route, the more dangerous it will become; for good measure Raan decided to use only one team. A method that proved to be effective.

I trully believe Raan Corsen still will appear...
I know he's boiling mad with the death of Salomé...
I know he's looking for who was the REAL responsible for Salomé desmise...
and I'm mostly sure he want answers from CoR and death of Salomé will still be charged from CoR, with blood if necessary, CoR won't get away from this.

Cobra Wing

I am part of this faction "Cobra wing" and I am proud to participate in it.
Creative people, committed to the success of the mission. Our chief commander instructed us, trained, erred, corrected, and succeeded. Of course, we have fulfilled our mission and hope to participate even more with this fantastic group.

Raan Corsen had a message (or something else) he was protecting and he arrived at his destination alive. Now what? When Salomé died he just forgot it?

In time, great work Cobra Wing. That´s a fleat to be feared.

We can not say for sure, but Raan Corsen may have nurtured some feelings, which boil in his eyes every time he comes to us.
We do not question it, nor do we want to pressure it on the files it carries, if any, even more in its moment of mourning. I just say there is fervor in his palavas and, I believe, he burns in intense hatred for the killer of Salome!
I believe that justice will be done soon ...

Since the begin of my days of piloting I've always been interested in the mysteries of the universe.

Days before the "race for the truth", I was already checking the organizations and had my eyes opened to how Cobra Wing and other factions were orchestrating their actions to achieve their objectives.

Was in a meeting with a friend via telepresence in Jaques and in the great visual of his office we talked few hours about the possibilitys of the upcoming fateful day.

In the 29th I decided to take a sit back and only follow the happenings around the event that was followed by Salomé's death.
Technology allow information to travel fast these days and I was able to check almost live the progress and the situation of the known VIPs and some factions.

Can't deny my attention was on the Cobra Wing's tactics to escort Raan Corsen since the information around Salomé was really dodgy and everything around her protection seemed a bit of a rushed mess to me. Too many people trying to do their best but not articulating well enough the resources provided. That time I remembered something an old slave told me once: "When you don't have enough food even for yourself, you join the few you can trust, share what you have and hope for the best". Maybe Salomé's escort had too much at their disposal.

I can't say I was surprised when the information of Salomé's death came to me but the events after her death were the one's that draw my attention. Everyone needs to blame someone and everyone wants the name of the responsible for her death as a denial for a succession of mistakes.

I feel for that woman's death but I feel more for the information that is now forever gone. But as an old pilot who traveled across the galaxy, traded in countless starports and fought fearless murderes it is my duty to look for the truth behind the mess that came with this remarkable event.

Still, I have to congratulate Cobra Wing. As the slave, you did not need much food but you shared it and it worked anyways. That's what matters.

Look: no one cared about raan so no wonder you escaped, everyone was chasing salami, a thousand players, and she almost made it. you had easy path because no one cared enough to put effort to kill you! ... yet you still logged out when people got into your wake - look at the video you did it more than once!!! that is a great joke. big bad raan with his fleet of warships to protect him yet no one chasing him but a few asps. logs out when one catches him hahaha.

I commend the brave pilots of cobra they had to put up with 700 light years of you telling them how great and clever the mighty raan was. They must have been bored all the way. but you raan are log-offski coward and the forgotten man - admit it!
