As Ozric very correctly pointed out it must be dependant on which message they are played as both mine were message 2 (I think), I did record using others I think prior to that but will need to checkTempted to abandon real life and go on a recording spree now.
If location does not matter perhaps all 3 messages just need decoding and combining regardless of location?

The spectrograms may be the same, but the audio definitely isn't neither is the responses from the UL.
Well, gunna have to boot up and get back to recording then! Will try same place, once with each message.
If they are coordinates, possibly the ones <1 represent negative values.

Well, if this is anything like the UP, we can probably use the new Unknown Device's spectrogram as a key. We have 3 sets of numbers, and the spectrogram clearly shows "1, 2, 3" represented in binary. UA, UL, UP.
So set 1 corresponds to Merope, set 2 ??, and set 3 relates to the Col 70 system?
I also can't help but notice that the (decimal) number 3095 came up in both recordings.
I agree that triangulation seems like a likely path to pursue.

I was thinking something similar if you use a Unit of Measure based on "X" to Merope 5c. If X is a body in Col...??
I can't see these being coordinates because they're all different and are going to be different. They are numbers relative to something.... big and important. I'm betting on Units of Measure/Distance between 5c and ?
Right chaps and chapettes I blew off real life I will up load the response from all 3 shortly, on the 1st one I bumped the ul slightly so it goes a little quiet at the end.

After watching again the reaction of the alien base to the guardian's tech I need to agree with a comment made by another commander: This looks like a panic reaction, trying to destroy the "enemy" (and everything nearby it) is a very violent and irrational manner.
I believe this reinforces the hypothesis that the Thargoids are actually the evolution of the Guardian's AI.

One of my friends just told me when i explained all of the Thargoids history that it's like a Star Trek film on witch the Earth is on danger (Star Trek: Mission Save The Earth) .

At the beginnig of the film an strange race send to the Humans an message that they can't decipher to tell the humans about an danger that can destroy everything (the strange message is all the UP and UA and UL sounds and the danger can be the Guardians or the Thargoids itself) .
So the protagonists cannot decypher the message (well, we are trying to understand the glyphs and with no resolution). Then they discovered that the message is on a language like the whales use. (that was thought here too) They discovered too that the messages were for some of the alien creatures that still live on the Earth (the barnacles and the ships "communicating" with them) I don't think this is a coincidence bcs it matches very good.

Actually, I did the same test with an UL as soon I read the news and the UL responded to the third message in my inbox; did the same with the other two objects without response. And the UL stayed blue a lot longer after repeating the test with the third message and an UP present.
It's alright man, I got it all in one sitting. Converting to mp3 and uploading now!
