Yes, if the contact is NOW peaceful, maybe because the Thargoids "learned" that they are not invincible (one couldn't claim they are dumb/silly), and the "shadow" forces turn this into the opposite for their purpose. Would fit perfectly but would be even more perfidious. And even more (Thargoids lessons learned) when we see (if we SHOULD be the cause > mycoid) what havoc we spread amongst them.

To me it looks like a map of inhabited systems plotted around the galaxy.

It's from the sound received from base #9, happend to notice what looks like a data burst just after the image.
I slowed down the sound by half (0.5 speed) to try and transcribe the UL more easily, and the above jumped out at me - looks like the alien numbering system but not in any order used in the main message. Someone with more skill may be able to tweak the image/sound enough to get a clear reading.
Databurst clearly visible here after the visual image.
I think It's actually echoed at different sizes/frequencies across the whole message (remember the comms technician's clue that started all this?).

If someone wants the audio, here it is
First hunch is it may be an identifier for the base/mothership, if so each base should have a different code after it's audio messages.

When viewing the processed images from the audiofile I ask myself if it is of significance that the "radiowaves" TO the UA, UP and UL have 2 arcs and the waves from the systems to ? have 3 arcs ?
