If you're going to buy a Dolphin (and why wouldn't you, they're great) best place is Alioth. I think I got mine from Irtusk station.
You need to buy Horizons, the Dolphin is worth it! Planetary landings are cool too....and engineers...Thargoid bases are neat...And SRV's are a lot of fun. The Dolphin is the best part though and you can get it in Hyldeptu.
Kokojina has one, it's fairly centered in the bubble
