Please, for the sake of sanity, stop with the polls. Moderators, as has been said before, by me at least, should be MODERATING THEM.

nowhere right now, maybe you should start a poll on the best place to start a poll on polling if a poll should be taken to find out if people want polls?
Why?
Moderators are mainly to stop offensive posts, spam posts, racism, sexism, etc., and to keep the forums flowing smoothly.
So, have there been any offensive polls? If so, there are 'Report Post' icons on every post -

This is a bit of gallows humour for those who will enter the breach on the morrow....
Oh, I won't be coming back on here for a week or two. I'll let it all calm down then see where we are after that
