Tbe only reason I am not playing right now is because my useless video card is giving me the BSOD. Last time I ever go Radeon.
I somewhat disagree with your opinion - but that's irrelevant. If I totally agreed with it, I still wouldn't have liked that post of yours. I've read your posts for a long while now, and quite frankly, I'm surprised that you wrote such a thing, as it seems a bit out of character to me. Perhaps it was frustration, but you can be honest without being so horrible, surely?
I found out that Hellakitty actually wants to have credit rewards rebalanced so they make more sense and take the players effort into regard. I think that's a perfectly valid opinion and if she would've said so in the beginning I would've probably agreed with it. But instead we are having a 10 pages discussion about keeping exploits in game so that newcomers can move from Sidewinder to Cutter in one hour which would make credit rewards absolutely meaningless in my opinion. Hellakitty doesn't even think that it should be like that but she still argued for it because it somehow supports her idea that rewards aren't always rewarding enough. We had an absolute pointless discussion about something neither of us wants to have in game simply because we weren't honest about our actual intentions and opinions. That's what I call a waste of time. And what do you mean by 'actual agenda'. It's a game. My aim is to have fun but at no one else's expense. I don't know what everyone else has as an 'agenda', but unless it's fake outrage or obsession with what others do, surely it won't be much different than mine.
You are right, I am frustrated because half of the forums act like nuts and even some of the more reasonable people seem to went crazy. I just can't understand why anyone wants to have clear exploits in the game. And I am sorry for acting like a Richard sometimes. Having to overcome a language barrier since my English sucks and I can't even say what I think half the time doesn't help either. And it isn't easy to communicate via internet either. Worst of all I am using my mobile to type which is probably to most frustrating part... So yes, sorry for coming across disrespectful or arrogant sometimes.

Wow, what a lot of drama over a troll snivel thread.
Come on guys, you know better.
Come on, you know better then commenting about comments that were commented on over a troll snivel thread.
Game is amazing, stop giving the devs a hard time. Praise Braben and his presumably fuzzy navel!
Ye we will show them! Wait, what are we protesting again...?
*back to playing.
Im pretty sure that we will get an increase in income from the mission board in the future, but maybe Frontier want to fix the board hopping thing first.
When it's done, we can have decent payout from missions without risking players to abuse them by board hopping.
I just fly in small & medium ships, that way credits aren't a big deal.
I have enough of this nerf meta from FDev.. really, I'm just tired about this. AND I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so.
SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE, NOW!!!
The only answer to all "unplanned" things can't be to just put out the nerf hammer.
We need real solutions!
Listen, ALL ways where you can climb the grind-ladder faster, FDev nerf it.
-You can make faster money? nerf it.
-You can get faster reputation? nerf it.
-You can rank up fast at your power? nerf it. and so on. I guess you get it what I'm talking about.
The major issue with Elite is that your time you invest in this game is not worth it in comparison to the rewards you get.
And so I'm not surprised that the goldrush meta popped out. I can understand these people.
It makes me really happy, when I read posts/comments in forums where players made billions of credits in just few hours with the skimmer missions.
That's a big middle finger to FDev and their nerf meta.
I personally didn't take that chance. Unfortunately I was in Colonia.
TO ALL PEOPLE who might write/say:" Elite dangerous grind isn't that much, you can get anything fast and also have some fun".
Well..., let me say this to you all unemployed 24/7 players: ALOT of people have also a real life. When people came home from school, work or university, they want just relax and not get to their second job lol!!!! Because Elite grind feels like a second job. You CAN'T really relax.
We, the players, didn't do anything against this nerf meta, and so FDev think they can do anything but the forget that we, the players, made them what they are now. Means without us, the players, FDev is nothing!!
So hereby,
I invite all players to stop playing Elite,at least for a while. And take a pause.
FDev should realize that they exceeded a line we don't accept anymore!

For me the biggest problem is not the rewards but the lack of available mission types I am interested in. There should be different categories that we can access prior to viewing the bulletin board. If I select haulage mission the game should give me 20 different haulage missions for each faction, the same for intel, combat and illegal missions.People will board hop regardless, people do not board flip because they "need to", it's because human beings like to optimise.
I'm not sure another increase in income from the mission board is the right solution, money is already easy to come by in ED.
