There is a new message about Naval Rank Missions on the main title screen that wasn't there a while ago.

Other than that new addition, Seems back to normal.

Oddly we call it a bar stool even though it's in a pub, because it's at the bar.

Give it a few minutes. PC version just came back up.

Not for me. Thought I was in, but then it hung with a circle thingy saying logging in. I let it hang there for a few minutes, then killed it. Relaunching and I am back to the failed to sync time server message.
