PC playing OK now - But everything is in NONE State!

Now I can play But.... So much for picking up some G5 mats for my Phantom Explorer build...

Every system seems to be in None State!

Oh, it's never going back to normal. This is a full-on reset of everything and like before, all dynamism is entirely dependent on player activity. Some high-traffic systems will probably shift states in a few weeks, others are likely to remain in "none" for years.

This is assuming the new system actually works at all. We won't know THAT for quite a while, either. And if it isn't working, Frontier will initially gaslight us on that topic so if this is something you care about be ready to document everything extensively.

"Everything working fine"...yeah like my entire PC crashing while trying to jump from system to system. It works like dream.

Never had issues or technical issues with the game since release but this time aside from the typical server issues from new builds, this is probably one of the worst releases from Frontier. And can't understand how the Open Beta worked so damn good, servers were stable and never had a single issue aside from a weird bug in-game with the landing gear. Full release and can't even deliver 2 cargo missions because if I literally jump from system to system my entire game/PC crashes and have to re-boot.

So that is effectively a 50% cut on mining profits from selling Painite in Boom states, which will probably be hard to find in out of the way mining systems.

I guess deep core mining is the way to go now, even though it seems to make less overall than mapped Painite routes did prior to the patch. Mining gets more complicated, yet less profitable. Sounds about as expected. At least the new mechanics are interesting.

I get you must be new around On-Line multiplayer games...

Technically, the people saying it's working fine are not sitting happily in their not-on-fire houses when saying it.

I'll give you that it seems you're sitting in your on-fire house while complaining though. :)

This is completely fine and intended.

Under the old mechanics your faction could be in a boom one day and a bust the next. Under new mechanics it takes considerably more effort to make that swing happen. Considering this is a major change in mechanics balancing, a reset is completely logical.
