Huntsman Rotating Platform

Hello,

I've seen several youtube videos on people rides (Huntsman) with rotating buggies. I can't seem to find here the controls are to activite this feture. I've tried adding a trigger to test it out, but still nothing. Does anyone know how I can rotate the buggies as it's running along the track?
