People not going on rides!

Hey , just got planet coaster played with it for about an hour or so, but I have come across an issue when my ride is open and connect to a path people come and turn away what I am doing wrong?

Have you clicked on the guests turning away to see what they are thinking?

Like Yaffle said, your peeps will actually tell you what is wrong. When a peep turns around from your ride, click on them and see what they are thinking.
