Fantastic image ... it deserves a place in the ED newsletter !The Rift in the Rift: A dramatic set of canyons on a little ice moon in the desolate end of the Formidine Rift became the highlight of an otherwise slow slog looking for arsenic. The landscape was absolutely spectacular in VR.

I wish FD had an optional "switch" to turn off lens flare effects; the views would be even more spectacular

performance hit is pretty huge and it only looks good in a still. In motion it's very noisy. It's only in alpha stages, author said he has things in mind to improve things.

Well, just had my first destruction - took on a Cobra III at a nav beacon and came off second However, despite having to accept a replacement free Sidey I had enough cash to get my own Cobra III. I'm skint, but I finally have my own ship!
