I think it might be a way to get more famine systems on the go as a means to get the bgs changing states more often.
I'm gona make a few runs with this stuff, note which stations I take it to and see if get famine states in those systems.

I've been delivering it to Tanmark and Kappa Fornacis for a few days now. When I started I was able to get 16 tons of Onionhead from Kappa Fornacis, as well as 6 tons of Tanmark Tea, and 5 tons of Lucan Onionhead from Tanmark. Now I'm able to get 32 tons of Onionhead, and 16 tons of both Tanmark Tea and Lucan Onionhead. I expect there will be some kind of side effect or at least an unsavoury story to come from this. But for now pick your favourite Rare goods and fill their station with fertiliser!
I don't think it'll do much for the flavour of the Waters of Shintara!
