I have another 16 years, minimum, before I seriously think of retiring. It really depends on if Social Security is even available when I hit 65.Retired...and I sleep very little...lol. My only restriction is TV time with my better half from 7-11 pm...
^^^You know there's a star outside your door waiting for your visit. It's far from being a first discovery, but I'd jump there once in a while if I was retired. But retirement means being free, so as long as you enjoy what you're doing, have a blast commander!
Oh yeah. I don't play near as much as in the beginning. In the last 2 years since I uprooted and moved to another state (live in US) I have cleared by hand several acres of a parcel of land I bought, bored my own well by hand, and built a 12x16 machine shop to start back making and flying R/C helicopters, ED is just something to do when I take a break these days, especially after the last December explorer's "update". Here is a short clip of me test flying one I made on the parade ground of the Citadel military college in South Carolina near where I used to live.I have another 16 years, minimum, before I seriously think of retiring. This. I intend to go golfing and cycling as long as I physically can once I retire. But as long as you’re having fun, you do you.![]()
If you were born after 1960 your normal retirement age is currently 67, not 65. Although... you could elect to take a reduced benefit earlier.I have another 16 years, minimum, before I seriously think of retiring. It really depends on if Social Security is even available when I hit 65.
