Question for FDEV (and everyone who likes to post in pointless threads)

Id like to know how well arx is doing. To lose all credibility, just got some. Realized for certain things anyway its cheaper... so it manages to achieve both bad will generation and less income. What im starting to like about arx also is for new accounts at least, you get to be a cheapskate if you want to. Lol, what a funny thing.

Its also weird the purchasing behaviors i find myself doing.. in the past it was just a yes or no question, with a guide that if you have to ask twice you probably don't want it. Now im going through it with a fine toothed comb constructing arx bundles and i've already written off cosmetics as "don't need that" from this bundle creation activity. That's probably the double edged sword about the overspending.. because you're always buying more than one thing, its now possible to go the other way, decide you don't want some items and just get a cheaper arx bundle. HAR HAR :)

But because i underspent and got much more than i would have for the same money than before arx, that leaves me in a definite positive state after getting arxed. That's a plus? Please update my statistic.

Also good job on the obfuscation prices.. because of the completely random numbers, you have to pay attention now to how much things cost and bundle construction instead of glancing them and focusing on the toy as in the past. Amazing design :)

I don't really see a downside to the whole ARX thing, I am not a habitual cosmetics purchaser though and I can see how it can create ill will.

But yes, It'd be good to know whether FDev thinks it's benefits outweigh the costs.

ARX generation has simply become a challenge to see how quickly I hit the cap each week. I usually hit it around mid-evening Friday, currently I'm on 206 for the week I think.

I tell you something might make you laugh. If i was still playing this game i wouldnt care about ARX at all, it would just be there in the background. I might even have gone so far as to praise them for giving something for free. Then again im not playing any more... for reasons :)

Let me tell you something that might make you laugh. If you were still playing this game people might care when you posted about it.

You're just a noisy forum undead.

A worthwhile contribution ezren, i must say.

You care what i post tho dont you? You must do cause you read it and took the time for come up with your witty reply :)

Looks like something is skaw-whiff about the client side movement prediction, each zig is predicted movement, each zag is a network packet coming in and correcting the motion back to where the other player's client thinks it should be.

NPCs are affected because some of them will be owned by the other player's client too, so their updates are also skewed.
This would make sense. Allegedly it also happens in solo though.

Not really. Replying to your posts is low-hanging fruit because I've read more complex Stop signs.
