I'm pretty sure you can use video game footage to make original material on YouTube. I mean everyone's doing it right now.although I suppose it depends on what country you live in because some countries consider things copyright infringement that others do not

I've kicked around the idea of a live-action show using a lot of green screen and elite dangerous 3rd person camera footage for cutscenes and stuff like that. Unfortunately I don't really have any friends that are in any way writers and/or actors or in any way trying to be involved
It's hard to find creatives who really want to create something or have the passion to see it through. In the past, I've depended on people, spent time and money for them to bail; Hence why I'm doing this by myself. Check out meetup.com (https://www.meetup.com), I've seen independent filmmaker groups on there, you may find one near you.
Also, check out fiverr.com (https://www.fiverr.com) full of freelancers! I'm using it for voice actors and singers. If you can't find a writer, I can write a script; once I've finished mine.

Thanks for your support! I'm enjoying writing the series Scripts and can get emotional for me in some scenes. I am sending the scripts to a few Literary Managers to see if a studio wants to take this series on (but can't promise anything), If there are no takers, I will carry on regardless and power through the 3D modeling O7 Commanders

I will only be releasing the first script this way, obviously because of spoilers and I want to give the elite dangerous community the opportunity to do some voice acting. I've decided not to sell the script, because of good advice and will continue as planned. Hope you all have an awesome holiday!!

Commanders! I've started modeling one of the main characters (T'nia Rose), and due too a big update too blender I can render more realistic models in real-time, which speeds things up a lot. This means I will be changing the art style for a more realistic one.
Please bear in mind, I'm nowhere near done. She will have a more realistic skin texture, along with eyebrows, eyelashes and several outfits; a full rig will be built so she'll look less of a Zombie.
I will upload images with every milestone, to keep you up to date.
