At least, if I had been around at the time, I wouldn't have felt the urge to do anything peculiar about "Georgie" because I don't have a particular reason to do so. Akuma clearly did, I guess he has his reasons. Everyone is different, but I'm sure we all have, had or will have that one player who triggers us.
