I love the Dolphin, it is my main explorer. Large enough slot wise to carry all you need, small enough to land on a sixpence.

I don't have a 'main' anymore. I take the whole fleet with me, so I can pick whichever one depending on what I'm doing.

But my favorites are the Krait MKII, the DBX, the Cutter, and the Corvette. I use them for different stuffs.

Back before I had a fleet, though, my main was definitely the Python. Of course that was before there was a Krait of any kind. I wonder if I'd have chosen the Krait over the Python, back then? I'll never know. The Python was great, though. It's a very flexible ship. Not the best explorer, but good enough at everything else.

Well I lasted all of 2 hours in the Bubble. Ach, it’s just too busy man. I got the bits and bobs I wanted, sod the combat rank, I’m off. Give me the solitude. Sick of NPCs landing on my FC and doing nothing apparently.

I may do a mahoosive loop around the universe, landing in Colonia with Trit for sale. This will take months and I suspect Trit wont be an issue in Colonia by the time I’m done.

Who knows? Who cares? Who’s asking?

I hate them swarming around me, too. But even in the bubble, if you park in an uninhabited system you won't get any NPCs around you. Sometimes you can find a nice empty system near the one you want to visit :)

But yeah, the black is much more peaceful.

And, just for the sake of OCD completeness, I thought I'd G5 all the engineers I had - only those in Colonia tp go now. I'd only got Elvira to grade four. As I approached, her base was in sunlight. I had to take a photo:

I stepped off the fence.

A moment later, Sookie Stardust, my faithful exploration ship landed on her new home, the "Chormondley-Warner (XNL-00H)". The "ooh" bit there was me kissing goodbye to half my bank balance. Still, onwards and upwards and now I can become part of the infestation of the bubble by carriers. Mwahaha.

Not going to have much time to do anything today, so I'll probably just look into getting ships and services loaded. No idea how yet.

It feels quite something actually. A new sense of "W the F do I do now? How TF do I do that?" No idea but it'll be fun times working it out.
