Oh god. Plz not boxes

Oh god. Plz not boxes![]()
Hey, you don't happen to know where I can find an album of images from the first dev dairy, would you?
Looks like FDev are partnering with the well-known internet cloud storage service, to allow Cmdrs to upload their screenshots of Themselves in front of Their Ship in front of Something Big, all without leaving the game!Question: what is the "DROPBOX" sign for?
Could it be the black market to drop off 'things' and 'stuff' small enough that you've nicked from outposts or scavenged from wrecks (as mentioned in the video)?Looks like FDev are partnering with the well-known internet cloud storage service, to allow Cmdrs to upload their screenshots of Themselves in front of Their Ship in front of Something Big, all without leaving the game!
‘Tis the future for the Bask Shot
(for an actual guess, I reckon it could be a hint for the on-foot mission board area - where you’ll go to drop off your secure data packages or recovered precious thing/ear-lug of the retirement target)

I took this as another dig at 'the other game' which has a drop box too...
Oh no, I love 'box gameplay'
* jitters through a wall *
I hope there’s a NPC stood near it sporting a pencil-thin moustache and dragging on a roll-up, while occasionally winking at the player and saying, “We ain’t seen each uvva, right?”Could it be the black market to drop off 'things' and 'stuff' small enough that you've nicked from outposts or scavenged from wrecks (as mentioned in the video)?
A clearly signposted dead drop site? (presumably with a guy in a trench coat and fedora trying to read an upsidedown newspaper sitting opposite...)Could it be the black market to drop off 'things' and 'stuff' small enough that you've nicked from outposts or scavenged from wrecks (as mentioned in the video)?
Let's take a look at another space game that is supposedly released in 2021:Yeah the lack of proper anti-aliasing after 5 years is pretty embarrassing.
The graphics level in this video will be the new normal when Unreal Engine 5 games are released in 2021. So compared to that there is enough room for improvement.

That won't be the new normal, there no normal in game graphics starters. They also only manage to do that level of graphics for a tech demo, not a whole game. An it will be years before any game built and released on the new engine.Yeah the lack of proper anti-aliasing after 5 years is pretty embarrassing.

I'm guessing it a area for players to store stuff at stations.
That’s an interesting idea - maybe like a magic box where you can store your other suits and stuff, and it becomes available in all other Dropboxes? (Handwave explain it with 3D printing or some such)I'm guessing it a area for players to store stuff at stations.

In some games, but not in games like Ratchet and Clank which goes for a cartoon look, not in indie games created by smaller developers.This level of graphics will be the new normal for sure. The demo runs in real time on PS5.
