Strapped to the sides of outposts, being driven around the coriolis stations and occupying adjacent landing pads - we see giant cargo containers.
Probably the same size as a class 3 or a class4 cargo rack.
Currently for the last 6 years our ships have only had the ability to interact with single units of cargo and not these massive bulk freight containers.
Would it make a difference if our ships could eject such containers?
Pirating could be made efficient with bulk collection and thieving.
Large ships could drop off the freight onto outposts collection pads.
I can’t think of any real Purpose.
I just find it odd that we are hauling these small things around and yet the space stations have something entirely different, especially with regard to the outposts, what purpose does these massive containers have at an outposts.
who are ferrying those containers there, who are ferrying them around the outposts and who is ferrying them away from the outposts.
