I'm not offended when someone eats Chinese food... or makes it. Why would I be? I think it's delicious and everyone should try it. Well, maybe in moderation, because American Chinese food is.... very loaded with extra flavours and seasonings that Americans like and that can be unhealthy if you eat too much of it.it's not bad. but the cultures you're merging will tend to be offended if you start suggesting that you've experienced whatever theirs is thru that merged version.
I BEG YOUR PARDON SIR ?cheeses really depend on how pungent they are and their texture.
even bad bacon is still better than no bacon.
not so with cheese.

Of course, if someone who isn't Chinese claimed that their Chinese food was 'genuine', that would be a bit irritating.
Maybe people should focus more on what the food taste than where it's from.calling panda express chinese food to someone who is chinese tends to rub them the wrong way. It's as chinese as Taco Bell is mexican.
in other words, it's not really.

I have had both genuine Chinese food cooked by my grandparents and American style Chinese food from restauraunts... they are both tasty in their own way. I don't understand why people are bothered by it. Are the people running your restauraunts claiming that they are Chinese when they are not?calling panda express chinese food to someone who is chinese tends to rub them the wrong way. There are regional differences in how it's made. Chinese food in Europe is not made the same than in China. Like more pork less chicken for example.not saying it's right or wrong.. just what actually happens.
