Pre-order question

Hello there!

I have a question about the pre-order on Xbox one.

I did buyed the deluxe edition when the pre-order was available and when I was financially stable, little thing I know is that the Xbox market will accept the transaction 10d before the release and I'm not as financially stable as 3/4month before so I cannot buy it anymore..

But, I pre downloaded the game + the pre-order bonus. One on my friend (bless him omg) will buy the game for me tomorrow after the release.
That's the context so my question is :

As I pre-downloaded the game + the pre-order bonus but sadly can't buy it anymore and my friend will buy it for me tomorrow, will I conserve the pre-order bonus or no?

If you've been able to pre-load the game, then it's likely that your purchase of the game has already gone through.

Well, yes I thought the same but in fact nope.

I put my credit card number for buying the game few months ago as a Pre-order. I thought this will be immediate but no, the payment is due 10d before the release.

During those months of impatient waiting, I could pre install the game and the pre order bonus without really having it. And yesterday I realized that I didn't have enough money for the paiement because of personal problems. So one of my friends will buy for me the game few hours after it's released date.

So my question is : do I keep the pre order bonus in this case or it will be erase?

I'm deeply sorry if I sound confused, but.. I am confused about the situation..

You would want to go by the purchase date. If you've pre-ordered it then you will receive all the benefits from preordering it.
As Jens mentioned if you were able to pre-download it then you've purchased it.

I think you will need to get in touch with Microsoft's support team about this. As far as I'm aware, if you've been able to pre-load the game then you have purchased it. You should also check your bank statements to see if money's been taken from your account for the pre-order.
