At the moment, the maximum number of squadron pilots is 500 people, and if the squadron does not remain in one system, then it moves either in an organized convoy of narrowly focused ships, or the entire fleet on the fleet carrier at once. However, the control of the fleet carrier is tied to one owner-player, and, for example, his movement due to the difference in time zones takes quite a long time. Also, any other pilot of the squadron has to constantly call the owner of the carrier in order to perform an action that requires pressing just a couple of buttons.
I propose to add the possibility for the pilots of the squadron owning fleet carriers to provide their ships for the needs of the squadron, giving its officers limited permissions to control the their fleet carrier. For example, a senior squadron officer will be able to override access to the docking, move cargo into the fleet carrier's hold, and most importantly, set the coordinates of the hyperspace jump.
Ideally, set up permissions to control the carrier, similar to the usual squadron's ranks. This window will be called by the "Squadron's Fleet Carriers" button in the corresponding menu and provide the pilot with a list of fleet carriers, their location, budget funds, etc. On the galaxy map, these ships could be displayed with the same icon as the owner of the carrier, but green in color, like other squadron labels. If the pilot is a senior officer of the squadron, and his rank has the appropriate permissions to control the carriers, he, by pressing the carrier button, can call CarrierAdminOS with limited permissions in accordance with his rank in the squadron. A player wishing to provide his fleet carrier for the needs of the squadron will be issued a warning about the partial transfer of control to the squadron officers. Of course, the fleet carrier can also be recalled, and its management will again be available only to it's owner. The the fleet carrier's owner himself also retains the full right to control his ship, regardless of whether the ship is listed in the fleet of the squadron or not.
Pros:
-thanks to this innovation, the squadron will be able to create your own fleet, and its leadership is to coordinate its actions to achieve common goals
-rank officer of the squadron will be much more meaningful
-move the squadron's fleet carrier will be much easier, because most likely, most pilots will be in different time zones and be able to take control of the ship at a time and thereby to move without delay
Minuses:
-control of the carriers will come from the officers, and control over the officers, respectively, from the leader. The leader of the squadron will have to issue these permissions at his own risk, as well as be responsible to the owners of the carriers
-the fleet carrier can be moved without the knowledge of it's owner
